are you fixing the business or just managing the mess?

If the internal mess is eating your margin, you’re managing a facade.

“I’m not a consultant. There is no powerpoint deck. I work fast. I’ll tell you what I see. I’ll suggest how you can fix it.

Whether you do or not - is up to you.”

the problem.

Your revenue is flatlining or you've got big growth plans. You’re pretending everything is under control - you know it's not.

Most leaders try to paper over the cracks or buy their way out of a mess. You’ve seen it: the new software, the expensive consultants, the 'restructure' that just moves the same furniture around. It’s basically a performance designed to look like progress - but your foundation continues to rot.

You need to address the issues you’ve ignored so you can finally grow. It’s not easy or quick.

I provide the intervention that points out the truth and realigns the basics.

So are you willing to do the inner work?

  • Close-up of a damaged concrete wall with a large hole exposing the brick and stone underneath.

I find the source of the noise.

I come in, assess the lay of the land and identify the exact issues being ignored.

I spent 30 years at the top table of global organisations and the last 15 doing this as my full time job. I know exactly how these systems are run.

This isn't just experience; it’s also how I’m wired as an individual. I don't see the symptoms; I see the source.

I'll point out exactly where the noise is coming from and what it’s costing you , and provide the action plan to fix it. I can pretty much guarantee you: the problem will be internal.

The challenge is whether you’re willing to do the work to fix it - but that's on you.

    business fundamentals: the 2-Day Intensive

One of the biggest flaws I have seen over my 30 year tenure is that managers are never shown how a business works commercially.

They don't understand the purpose of their job in relation to the bottom line.

I work with your managers to change that. I use your own business as a live case study to build their commercial awareness.

If you aren’t focused on your leadership, you’re looking at the wrong pipeline.

  • Alec Welland, Board & Commercial Transformation Executive (ex Apple, Nokia, Motorola)

Ciara and I worked closely together to synergise commercial and customer experience operations, during which time Ciara's huge energy levels made a positive mark on the Company, within her team and beyond. Ciara has an innate talent to engage and motivate and offered my commercial teams plenty of collaboration opportunity which led to a great deal of positive change. Commercially aware with no shortage of ideas, Ciara was able to pick apart hidden issues and confront them head on, often with a fun and sociable approach which assisted with their consideration and adoption by others.

  • Tracey Kirkpatrick, Global VP Customer Experience

I had the pleasure of working alongside Ciara during a period of intense growth and integration across the EMEA business. Ciara led the marketing function with focus and impact. She created a brand in region and scaled the function across multiple countries and disciplines, while consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue targets. She has a unique ability to think strategically while executing at pace. Whether she was leading the brand integration of newly acquired companies, launching demand gen campaigns, or rolling out regional strategies, her work was always rooted in insight, structure, and commercial outcomes.

  • Charles Knight, Senior Director, Not For Profit sector

Ciara is the real deal. She combined an unstoppable amount of energy with the uncanny ability to see the big strategic picture and marry that with clearly operational roadmaps. Some people can do one or the other, but not both. If you need to see change and you need to see it rapidly – she's your woman.

  • Helena Jamieson, Senior Client Director, Frank, Bright & Abel

I've been lucky enough to work with Ciara in different guises over the last 20 years. She has always been razor sharp, focused on business outcomes and a genuine pleasure to work with. Generous with her time, gets to the heart of a brief for her agencies and understands all the perspectives that matter in a business. She moves fast and is great fun to work with!

About me

I don't guess. I’ve seen this play out many times.

I spent 15 years fixing the internal noise for global organisations, I sat at those same top tables. I know how this works.

I’m also wired to see the structural rot. I’m not there to build a career - I’ve done that. I’m there to protect your margin and realign your basics.
