a bit about me
I spent 30 years climbing. I reached the "top table" of global organisations and achieved everything I was told to want. Then, in 2022, I realised: This isn’t it.
I didn’t leave because I burnt out or failed. I left because I chose me.
I know what it’s like to drown in demands while making the impossible decisions that keep broken systems running. I know the cost of that performance - and I’m done paying it.
Now, I lean into the two things I was built for.
- I see the architecture of the mess. My whole life, I’ve been able to walk into any situation - a business, a boardroom, or a personal crisis - and assess the challenge instantly. I see the blockers and the way through before anyone else has finished describing the problem.
I used to think everyone could do this. They can’t.
My Human Design confirms it: I am wired to see the whole picture, spot the rot, and know how to fix it. My 30 years of experience just means I know which questions to ask first.
- I was never meant for the classroom. I always wanted to be a teacher, but not the kind that follows a syllabus. For 20 years, I’ve been coaching, mentoring, and leading people through the high-stakes reality of commercial life.
I am now in my Role Model phase. I am no longer in the trenches with you; I am the one on the hill showing you the exit.
I don’t do ‘long-term dependencies’. I do interventions. Whether it’s a 90-minute deep dive into your crossroads or a 2-day shift for your organisation, my approach is the same. Observe. Disrupt. Align.
