two hours. one conversation.

Sometimes you don't need a 12-week programme.

You just need to talk to someone who isn't in your world - someone with no agenda, no stake in what you decide, and an (uncomfortable) ability to see exactly what's going on.

the problem.

You're going round in circles.

You know something needs to change. You're too close to see it clearly. And everyone around you is either too close, too careful, or quietly hoping you'll stay exactly as you are.

You come with the thing you can't figure out. You leave with a way forward.

That's it. No programme. No follow-up calls. Just the most useful two hours you've had in years.

Some people find it uncomfortable - you might come face to face with something you've been successfully avoiding.

how it works

Two hours. One conversation. I'll tell you what I see.

I don't have a methodology. I don't run a framework. I listen, I look at the whole picture, and I say the thing out loud - the thing you already half-know but haven't been able to name.

After the session I type up notes and send them to you. I also like to sit with what came up and if anything else surfaces I'll come back with it.

That’s it.

this is not for everyone

This isn't coaching. It isn't therapy.

It's two hours of complete honesty about where you are and what's actually going on.

‘people always laugh that they go away with a million things to think about after a chat with me.’

About me

I grew up in Belfast in the 70s and 80s as an oldest child of a big family. I have thirty years inside organisations where nobody said or wanted to hear the true thing. And I have spent three years going into the depths of my being to figure out who I am and what makes me tick.

This is the work most people avoid.

Through that process I have uncovered, I'm wired to see the whole picture fast and say it out loud. I don't need 6 months of circling.

This experience and precision is what makes me good at what I do.
